You'll lead regional merchant acquisition for Meesho's hyperlocal pickup point network, managing a large field sales team to scale partnerships with local Kirana stores. You'll drive network activation and cross-functional coordination with delivery operations.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Hire, train, and deploy high-performing BDMs across hyper-local zones
- Own regional target for Meesho Pickup Point acquisition
- Ensure stores achieve 95%+ delivery-compliance after onboarding
- Resolve on-ground friction between delivery pilots and store owners
๐ Requirements
- 5-8 years of field sales management or merchant acquisition experience
- Proven experience managing 50+ BDMs or sales executives
- Background in scaling merchant networks (Fintech QR, telecom, B2B retail)
- Data-driven mindset with heatmaps and daily metrics tracking

- Experience in telecom distribution or FMCG distribution
- Knowledge of route density and daily active scanning metrics
