  • 5-8 years of field sales management or merchant acquisition experience
  • Proven experience managing 50+ BDMs or sales executives
  • Background in scaling merchant networks (Fintech QR, telecom, B2B retail)
  • Data-driven mindset with heatmaps and daily metrics tracking
