You'll own the in-line, cross channel product mix plan and partner with Program Management to deliver products that drive exceptional business results. You'll create long-term product roadmaps, set product quality and cost goals, and drive profitable growth. This role offers the chance to join the most disruptive force in outdoor cooking.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute global product innovation strategies
• Lead category innovation efforts to align product roadmap with consumer needs
• Set overall MSRP strategy for category products
• Conduct business performance analysis including revenue and margin

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
• 7+ years of product development or marketing in durable or CPG industry
• Proven ability to develop and launch new products
• Analytical and financial competence
