Description

You will oversee TrakCare implementation projects across your region, managing multiple projects through local Project Managers and serving as the escalation point between customers and the Professional Services Director. Your role involves monitoring timelines and budgets, developing project plans, and strengthening the local service team through leadership and expertise.

Requirements

• Extensive track record managing and implementing large ERP/HIS projects
• Strong background and understanding of healthcare activities and hospital operations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using effective project management tools
• Understanding of technology including database and enterprise application integration software
• Experience developing relationships and coordinating third-party implementation providers and VAR partners

Responsibilities

• Be the ambassador to customers and escalation point between customer and Professional Services Director
• Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing leadership and guidance to the project team
• Monitor project implementation timescales and resources to ensure milestones and budget adherence
• Determine development requirements in conjunction with Product Manager and Professional Services Director
• Develop project plans with Professional Services Director and Health Solutions Architects
