You'll support a group of 30-40 students in live online college courses, working closely with the instructor to provide feedback and mentorship. You'll help students from diverse backgrounds stay engaged and build strong academic habits throughout an 11-week term. This role offers flexible remote scheduling and professional development.

• Support and grade assignments for 30-40 students in an 11-week course
• Act as a mentor and coach to students
• Lead discussion sections to reinforce key concepts
• Host weekly office hours to deepen understanding

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring undergraduate students
• Strong communication skills
• Available to commit 4-6 hours per week
