Description

As a Deal Desk Manager at Similarweb, you'll support the global go-to-market organization by managing quote-to-cash processes, facilitating contract reviews, and collaborating with Finance, Legal, and Operations to accelerate deal cycles and maximize revenue.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Deal Desk experience
  • Salesforce experience required
  • Strong understanding of sales deal cycle and licensing models (term and subscription-based pricing)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with organizational changes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; relevant SaaS experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as GTM's trusted advisor and primary source for quote-to-cash requests
  • Act as GTM's main POC and liaison, managing internal disputes and cross-functional collaboration throughout the deal cycle
  • Ensure all deals comply with commercial policies and escalate non-compliance
  • Align data across signed contracts, Salesforce, and subscription management system for accurate deal processing
  • Identify process gaps and bottlenecks and provide improvement solutions
