💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the connective tissue between health system clients and engineering teams, spending time embedded with customers to translate workflows into AI-powered solutions. You'll own engagement discovery, solution design, and value delivery from pilot to production. This role combines product management, implementation consulting, and engineering partnership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead structured discovery engagements with health system clients.
• Translate workflows into product and configuration requirements.
• Drive 0→1 deployments from pilot kickoff through go-live.
• Identify patterns across deployments to influence the product roadmap.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of healthcare technology experience in provider operations.
• Client-facing delivery role (implementation, consulting, or similar).
• Ability to map complex clinical workflows into structured requirements.
• Willingness to travel 25-35% to client sites.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at Epic Systems in a PM, implementation, or technical role.
• Startup or high-growth company experience in PM or solutions engineering.
• Familiarity with CCaaS, IVR, conversational AI, or FHIR.
