🎯 What You'll Do

• Design by making with functional prototypes instead of decks.
• Own complex product areas from first principles to shipped software.
• Evolve Rho's design system principles for simplicity.
• Identify where AI belongs in the product experience.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years designing digital products with end-to-end ownership.
• Proficiency with prototyping beyond Figma in code or AI tools.
• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in ambiguity.
• Experience designing for real complexity like dense workflows.

✨ Nice to Have

• Fintech experience is a plus.
• Comfortable communicating with executives, engineers, and end users.
