🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee development process, timelines, resources, scope, and quality
• Manage end-to-end delivery with risk mitigation and problem-solving
• Identify pipeline bottlenecks and improve efficiencies
• Remove blockers, optimize communication, and foster collaboration

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as Producer or Project Manager
• Experience on at least one complete game cycle
• Led a multi-disciplinary development team
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Figma and agile methodologies
