Description

You will lead client projects on the cloud, performing operational duties such as monitoring server health, resolving application and network issues, and providing on-call support. Your work ensures high availability and performance in a cloud-based hosting environment.

Requirements

• 4-6 years experience in application/production support with cloud-based hosting administration
• Experience with Azure/AWS
• Experience with Unix, Linux, Windows, Tomcat, SSH, scripting
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL
• Ability to proactively communicate with product groups and clients

Responsibilities

• Perform operational duties including application server health and service recycling
• Monitor server performance, memory utilization, CPU, file systems, databases, and batch jobs
• Resolve level 2 and level 3 issues (application support, DBs, data center)
• Review client support tickets and ensure SLAs are met
• Provide on-call off-hour support and work during non-prime shifts
