💼 About This Role

You'll own Sierra's event portfolio across APAC, driving pipeline as the first marketing hire in the region. You'll create high-touch event experiences that build relationships and establish Sierra as a category leader. This role combines deep events expertise with a generalist mindset in a high-growth AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build Sierra's APAC presence as the first marketing hire in the region
• Own strategy and execution of event portfolio across APAC
• Localize global programs for regional enterprise audiences
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle from concept to follow-up

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience with deep events and field marketing expertise
• APAC regional experience including cultural nuance and vendor networks
• Proven end-to-end execution of high-impact B2B events
• Strong commercial mindset and sales partnership track record

• Experience marketing to enterprise buyers in AI, SaaS, or emerging tech
• Background in both owned events and third-party conference strategy
