You'll lead supply-side growth and merchant ecosystem development for Binance's P2P and Fiat platform, managing 10,000+ active merchants. You'll drive sustained engagement and community culture to reinforce marketplace growth. This role offers the chance to shape a global merchant community in a leading crypto exchange.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full merchant lifecycle from onboarding to reactivation
• Build merchant operations frameworks for segmentation and tiering
• Lead merchant acquisition via scalable channels like partnerships
• Design and cultivate a merchant community with cohort-based operations

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in marketplace buyer/merchant/community operations
• Experience managing 10,000+ active merchants on the supply side
• Demonstrated success in merchant acquisition and scaling supply
• Bilingual in English and Chinese with international exposure

• Experience in cross-border e-commerce or global marketplaces
