You'll maintain participant trackers and investigator site files while collaborating with cross-functional teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct participant facing tasks using Citrus platform
• Oversee data collection and in-person processes
• Maintain participant trackers and Investigator Site File
• Respond to CRO data queries and report AEs/SAEs

📋 Requirements

• Experience with patient onboarding and screening calls
• Experience maintaining a tracking system and follow-up procedures
• Ability to adhere to protocol timelines and be flexible

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Calendly, Docusign, Medi2data, Dial Pad, Florence, Sealed Envelope
• Interest in healthcare innovation and clinical trials
