💼 About This Role
You'll handle Level 1 and 2 support for all Brazilian users and be the first point of contact for IT requests in our São Paulo office. You'll maintain and update hardware inventory and deliver on IT projects like office reworks or new solution setups. You'll also train users on collaboration tools and document procedures.

📋 Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in IT
- Autonomous problem solver with technical curiosity
- Precise and organized with asset management
- Professional English proficiency (B2/C1)
✨ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Siit
- Experience with root cause analysis
