You'll lead product analytics for the Video Player team, executing growth experiments and generating actionable insights. You'll drive customer experience enhancements and revenue outcomes through data-driven decision-making. You'll collaborate with Product, Business, and Data Engineering teams to shape real-time data systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement, monitor, and validate A/B tests reliably
• Collaborate with Data Engineering team to shape real-time data systems
• Own POD goals and derive actionable insights using data-driven problem-solving
• Create reports and dashboards to foster a data-aware organization

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in R, SQL, and Python
• Experience with Reporting/BI tools and data warehousing concepts
• Experience with ETL development and tools
• Familiarity with digital analytics and clickstream data

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed analytic processing (e.g., Hive)
• Familiarity with Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, AppsFlyer, or Behavioral Analytics
