As a Host at Top of the Rock, you'll be the first and last impression for guests, setting the tone and guiding their journey through one of NYC's most iconic attractions. Your energy and professionalism ensure visitors leave with lasting memories.
Requirements
- Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with genuine passion for guest service
- Consistent professionalism and polished demeanor
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime during peak seasons
- Physical ability to walk and stand for significant portions of the shift
Responsibilities
- Meet, greet, and interact with guests professionally and welcomingly
- Provide directions throughout the attraction to maintain smooth guest flow
- Share safety information and helpful insights about Top of the Rock, Rockefeller Center, and NYC
- Admit ticket holders using wireless admission terminals and manage elevator traffic
- Identify and resolve guest flow challenges in partnership with leadership
