🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead 5-15 customer implementations simultaneously.
• Design and build contracting processes in Ironclad.
• Manage customer expectations and escalations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and CSMs.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of consulting experience with B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with CLM and legal operations processes.
• AI wisdom: understanding of AI capabilities and risks.
• Prompting expertise to iterate on AI interactions.
