💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership at Hot Topic, creating an amazing experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll train new recruits and help meet sales targets while opening and closing the store.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate the store and merchandise product.
