You'll own hiring outcomes end-to-end for ~8 open positions, operating with high recruiter capacity while maintaining quality and candidate experience. You'll leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to draft JDs, personalize communication, and improve sourcing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an AI-adoptive, high-ownership culture and is available by March 1.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take full ownership of hiring from role intake to offer closure
• Translate role requirements into clear, focused hiring plans
• Assess candidate quality beyond resumes and surface-level signals
• Maintain exceptional ATS hygiene and use data to spot bottlenecks

📋 Requirements

• Availability to onboard by March 1
• Ability to operate at 6.5-7 recruiter capacity
• Consistent use of AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity daily
• Commitment to Candidate NPS ≥33.3 at 18% participation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ashby ATS
• Background in People Operations or People Success
• Familiarity with hiring for US-based roles
