Description

You will drive Planet's largest, complex cross-team programs focused on the Insights Platform, including admin systems, APIs, and core features. You'll orchestrate go-to-market launches, manage program schedules, facilitate decision-making, and communicate progress across stakeholders. Your work ensures successful product execution and operational improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development or program management experience in SaaS, platform development, APIs, Analytics, or UX
• Experience leading cross-functional projects across a broad organization
• Experience with the full product life cycle from concept through end-of-life
• Analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills with ability to communicate findings
• Ability to balance tactical day-to-day with forward-looking operational improvements

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-functional efforts across engineering, product, design, marketing, enablement, and customer support for major go-to-market releases
• Scope and manage program schedules, breaking them into incremental milestones
• Facilitate development of product requirements with software teams
• Identify dependencies and risks and proactively mitigate them
• Communicate vertically and horizontally to keep stakeholders informed of progress, priorities, risks, and changes
