💼 About This Role

You'll provide advanced-level support and guidance in the use of Relativity to attorneys and investigators, while also playing a key role in testing Relativity software releases and establishing templates and workflows. You'll resolve software-specific issues and perform Relativity demos and training for government clients. This role offers direct impact on eDiscovery operations within a government contracting environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide advanced-level support and guidance in Relativity to attorneys and investigators.
• Perform specialized data culling and identification using complex searches.
• Work with technical support group to resolve user issues with access and performance.
• Test Relativity software releases and set up templates, views, scripts, and workflows.

📋 Requirements

• At least 10 years of litigation support experience.
• Relativity RCA certification.
• Master’s degree or J.D. (or Bachelor’s plus 13 years experience).
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Two Relativity certifications including RCA.
• Experience with LAW Prediscovery and Conformity Engine.
• Current active clearance.
