💼 About This Role

You'll provide first-line technical support for servers, desktops, and core applications in a secure data centre environment supporting cloud, defence, and enterprise customers. This role builds foundations in enterprise IT with structured training and clear progression pathways.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide Tier 1 support for servers, desktops, and business applications
• Respond to incidents and service requests via ticketing, phone, and email
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues within SLAs
• Perform routine system checks and basic configuration changes

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in Service Desk or IT Support
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Experience with Microsoft 365 or Active Directory
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
