You'll lead quality for an agentic AI platform and e-commerce workflows at Swap, the infrastructure behind modern agentic commerce. Your core impact will be defining QA strategy from scratch and building automation to ship reliably.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own QA strategy for agentic AI and core ecommerce flows
• Define and roll out QA processes from scratch
• Design test architecture across unit/integration/E2E
• Build automation and CI/CD integration to reduce flakiness

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in QA for modern web products (APIs + UI)
• Strong coding skills with automation experience (Python/TypeScript)
• Proven track record of building QA processes from scratch
• Solid CI/CD experience with test automation in pipelines

• Experience with AI/agent workflow validation
• System design skills for distributed systems
