• Monitor calls, chats, and field procedures for quality compliance.
• Analyze calibration sessions and QA audits to identify improvement areas.
• Coordinate call listening sessions to address concerns efficiently.
• Prepare QDR reports to promote transparency and performance tracking.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year in a quality control role with agent feedback experience.
• Strong attention to detail to identify errors and risks.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Google tools (Sheets, Slides, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with G Suite (Google Drive, Calendar).
• Knowledge of Confluence.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 standards.
