Description
You will lead Nextdoor's East Coast sales region, owning the full go-to-market motion to drive revenue growth with new and existing advertisers. As a senior leader on the Sales leadership team, you'll build and scale a high-performing team, develop strategic client relationships, and shape national market positioning.
Requirements
- 15+ years in digital media or advertising sales with consistent target overachievement
- 6+ years of sales leadership experience, including managing managers
- Proven track record building and scaling regional sales teams
- Deep relationships across East Coast brand and agency ecosystem
- Executive presence and strong analytical orientation
Responsibilities
- Own and exceed regional revenue targets across the East Coast
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategy
- Serve as executive sponsor for strategic client relationships
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of 8–12 Client Partners and managers
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales Ops to influence roadmap
