• Drive hands-on creation of exceptional user experiences.
• Own and evolve the PIXAR design system for consistency.
• Mentor product designers and raise the bar for craft.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in a product design leadership role.
• Proven mentorship experience building design teams.
• Mastery of UX/UI design and design systems.
• Full working proficiency in English.
