💼 About This Role

You'll own enterprise deals end-to-end for a high-growth AI recruiting marketplace. You'll build out the sales playbook and accelerate exponential revenue growth. This role combines outbound prospecting with closing mid-market and enterprise deals.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own inbound leads, generate pipeline, and close deals
  • Implement time-saving structure and process
  • Generate new ideas that accelerate growth
  • Own enterprise deals end-to-end including onboarding

📋 Requirements

  • 3-8 years selling software to tech companies at a high-growth startup
  • Significant outbound prospecting experience
  • Track record of top sales performance (e.g., President's club, beating quota)
