You'll support compliance programs including Automated Monitoring, Training, Policy Management, Remediation, and Consulting. You'll help ensure regulatory adherence and drive process improvements across the organization. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing fintech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer quarterly role-based Compliance training and track completion.
• Review Compliance Automated Monitoring reports and escalate exceptions.
• Maintain Compliance Policy review logs and support annual reviews.
• Administer the Compliance Change/Remediation Tracking system.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to quickly learn new computer applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
