You'll own end-to-end development of AI-native features for a health insurance platform that serves tens of thousands of members. You'll build LLM-powered agents that autonomously handle complex healthcare workflows. This role offers high ownership in a fast-growing startup backed by top VCs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and ship new AI-native features for members
• Build and deploy sophisticated LLM-powered agents
• Evolve core AI stack with prompt orchestration and retrieval systems

📋 Requirements

• Experience shipping full-stack AI products with Python and Postgres
• Experience building production LLM applications
• Hands-on experience implementing guardrails and red-teaming for LLM safety
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools like Cursor or Copilot
