You'll lead 3D asset production for Brookhaven, one of Roblox's most popular games. You'll collaborate with the Art Lead to deliver high-impact assets and guide other artists. This role offers the chance to impact millions of daily players in a top Roblox experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create 3D assets including housing, props, and environments in Roblox.
• Work with Art Lead to maintain visual consistency and quality.
• Review fellow artists' work and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with designers and developers for gameplay and performance.

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience creating performant 3D assets in Roblox Studio.
• Advanced skills in 3D modeling, topology, UV unwrapping, and baking.
• Deep understanding of Roblox asset performance constraints.
• Ability to work full-time and be 18+ years old.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with animation or rigging workflows.
• Substance Designer or advanced material workflows.
• UI/UX asset creation or VFX/SFX experience.
