💼 About This Role

You'll manage a portfolio of CRE loans, leading underwriting and credit analysis for a national commercial real estate credit portfolio. You'll coordinate across departments to optimize asset value and influence investment decisions. This role offers direct impact on multimillion-dollar assets at a community-focused real estate firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Underwrite and value CRE debt investments with 5-10 year cash flow proformas.
• Present quarterly asset reports summarizing loan, collateral, market, and sponsor risks.
• Coordinate with Investments, Legal, Development, and other departments for analysis.
• Monitor loan covenant compliance and oversee servicing and construction consultants.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or quantitative field.
• 3+ years’ professional experience in real estate credit or credit investment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• CRE Loan Asset/Credit Risk Management experience.
