You'll represent NewSouth Window Solutions at community events, generating leads and appointments for the sales team. You'll build skills in sales and communication while enjoying paid training and uncapped commissions. This role offers growth opportunities within the 3rd largest home remodeling company in the country.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage with homeowners at events to generate complimentary in-home appointments
• Set up and break down branded booths with signage and promotional materials
• Capture leads and qualify them for sales team follow-up
• Maintain professional brand representation throughout events

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during events
• Reliable transportation to travel to event locations

• 1+ years of sales or lead generation experience
• Ability to present information to groups
• Fluency in a second language
