🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive projects from problem statement to implementation
• Build high-quality full-stack product experiences
• Develop APIs and services integrating with Stripe's ecosystem
• Experiment with AI to build new products and improve workflows

📋 Requirements

• 2-12+ years of software engineering experience
• Capable of navigating new codebases to ship products
• Reasonable judgement to unblock yourself in ambiguous domains
• User empathy and customer-centric approach to problem solving

• Experience with React and Ruby
• Track record of building new products from scratch
• Technical leadership on ambiguous, impactful projects
