💼 About This Role

You'll lead the engineering group driving Brex's growth engine, managing teams of product engineers and Salesforce developers. You'll set the technical roadmap and champion AI-native solutions across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and CX. This role offers a hybrid setup with a requirement of two to three days per week in the Seattle office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor high-performing teams of product engineers and Salesforce admins
• Drive architectural vision, technical roadmap, and project execution
• Champion and integrate AI-native solutions within GTM systems
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into engineering backlog

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong technical background
• 3+ years managing or leading multiple technical teams in high-growth environment
• 3+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce development and architecture

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer II, Application/System Architect)
• Experience managing remote or distributed engineering teams
• Experience building Slack applications and integrations
