Description

You will lead and scale the EMEA Customer Success team to drive customer outcomes, adoption, retention, and growth. You will own the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, partner with customers on digital transformation goals, and collaborate globally with the North America CS Director to ensure consistent best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading a Customer Success team in a SaaS environment
  • Strategic thinking and operational excellence in scaling CS programs
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing
  • Experience in a global or multi-region CS role preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer lifecycle in EMEA from onboarding to renewal, ensuring measurable outcomes
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Customer Success team across EMEA
  • Collaborate with North America CS Director to ensure consistent global CS strategies and processes
  • Drive retention, expansion, and health metrics, manage risk and escalations
  • Collaborate with Sales on strategic accounts, renewals, and upsell opportunities
