You'll build and grow relationships with trucking companies in Mexico to cover cross-border loads. Your core impact will be ensuring 95% pre-booking of the load board and developing a portfolio of core carriers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure 95% of cross-border load board is pre-booked daily
• Make outbound calls to Mexico and US carriers
• Source new dedicated business opportunities
• Manage paperwork and accounting activities

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of cross-border carrier capacity experience
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish
• Strong phone communication skills
• Resourcefulness and quick decision-making ability
