💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end accounting and controllership for the India entity while managing a team supporting US finance operations. Your work will ensure timely compliance, accurate reporting, and streamlined AP/AR processes for a cross-border GCC environment. This role offers the opportunity to drive financial modeling and strategic analytics for leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own monthly close for India entity including journals and reconciliations
• Lead AP operations: vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payments
• Oversee AR: invoicing, collections tracking, aging reports
• Manage India tax compliance: GST, TDS, direct tax filings

📋 Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (ICAI) mandatory
• 7+ years progressive finance/accounting experience
• Hands-on expertise in India taxation (GST, TDS) and statutory compliance
• Experience with cross-border stakeholder management (US teams)

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to US GAAP and intercompany accounting
• Working knowledge of NetSuite ERP and Power BI
• Prior experience in process transitions or GCC environments
