💼 About This Role

You'll independently architect and deliver complex Salesforce solutions across LWC, Apex, and declarative tooling. You'll collaborate with IT Leads to ship production-ready features every two-week sprint, shaping DevOps practices and platform integration strategy. This role offers an opportunity to work with a global digital accelerator and drive innovation in enterprise environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain complex Lightning Web Components (LWC) following best practices.
• Write robust, well-tested Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Build and optimize declarative solutions using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Custom Metadata.
• Collaborate with IT Leads to decompose requirements into sprint-ready stories.
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules from design through post-go-live support.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) including custom events and wire service.
• Advanced Apex development with OOP design patterns and asynchronous processing.
• Deep experience with Salesforce declarative tools: Flow Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Flosum.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I or II, JavaScript Developer I, DevOps Engineer.
