Description

You will own the full enablement motion across Samsara's EMEA field, including AEs, ADRs, and customer success. You will build a regional roadmap, develop a high-performing team, and champion AI-first enablement to drive behavior change and business impact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of revenue enablement experience with 5+ in leadership
  • Proven experience managing and developing a diverse team
  • Hands-on experience rolling out a sales methodology across EMEA (e.g., Command of the Message, MEDDIC)
  • Multi-territory EMEA experience and enterprise SaaS background
  • Strong executive communication skills and AI-first mindset

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive a 6–12 month regional enablement roadmap in partnership with EMEA sales leaders and global programmes
  • Lead, develop, and grow a team of enablement professionals across EMEA
  • Adapt and localize global programmes to fit regional needs
  • Build and deliver enablement across onboarding, ramp, certifications, product training, sales methodology, and leadership development
  • Champion AI-first enablement and track behavior change with measurable outcomes
