Description

You will lead the teams that launch Electron and Neutron rockets, building high-performing teams and developing facilities and operational frameworks for complex missions. You'll balance rigorous safety standards with agility to maintain a competitive edge in a high-stakes environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering
• 10+ years hands-on experience in aerospace engineering, testing, or operations
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams in fast-paced environments
• Deep technical expertise in launch vehicle systems, orbital mechanics, telemetry, and pad operations
• Strong foundation in test planning, execution, and safety/mission assurance
