Description

You will support Robinhood users through financial topics via chat, email, and phone, providing exceptional service and driving improvements based on feedback. This unlicensed role is part of a hybrid team (3 days/week in Denver, CO or Westlake, TX) on a 24/7 shift model.

Requirements

  • Passion for supporting customers through multiple channels with exceptional service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced, evolving landscape and eagerness to learn through coaching.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, exercise independent thought, and adapt to new challenges.
  • Experience in customer support preferred; Bachelor's degree or financial services experience a plus.

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying better ways to serve users from feedback.
  • Grow financial services expertise and develop deep product proficiency.
