💼 About This Role

You'll provide on-site customer support at points of sale, helping users with product initialization and usage. Additionally, you'll manage polo inventory including stock receipt, reverse logistics, and equipment sorting. This role combines field service with warehouse operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Attend customers at their point of sale in field operations
• Manage polo stock, inventory, and reverse logistics
• Receive and sort equipment returns
• Conduct periodic stock inventories

📋 Requirements

• Valid CNH B or AB (car) for at least 2 years
• Fewer than 10 active points on CNH in last 12 months
• Completed Ensino Médio (high school)

• Completed or pursuing technical/higher education in Logistics or Administration
• Experience in customer service
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
