You'll partner with GTM leaders as a strategic thought partner on org design, performance, and people decisions. You'll turn people data into decisions and manage the full ER case load. You'll also help shape what an elevated HRBP role looks like at Sonar.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with GTM leaders on org design, performance, and people decisions.
• Synthesize org structure, attrition, engagement, and performance into actionable recommendations.
• Manage full ER case load for your portfolio.
• Run org design and workforce planning conversations with leaders.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as HRBP supporting a GTM organization.
• Strong ER experience and judgment.
• Org design thinking: ability to spot tension points and bring recommendations.
• Data literate and AI fluent.

• Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Strong understanding of sales leadership dynamics and quota cycles.
