Your core impact is delivering fair, consistent resolutions while balancing customer satisfaction and business risk. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage escalated complaints from start to finish
- Investigate cases and identify root causes
- Draft professional, empathetic resolution responses
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Finance, and Operations
📋 Requirements
- Experience in Customer Care within the travel industry
- Handling escalations or complex cases experience
- Experience working with SLAs and KPIs
- GDS Amadeus knowledge
