Your core impact is delivering fair, consistent resolutions while balancing customer satisfaction and business risk. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage escalated complaints from start to finish
  • Investigate cases and identify root causes
  • Draft professional, empathetic resolution responses
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Finance, and Operations

📋 Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Care within the travel industry
  • Handling escalations or complex cases experience
  • Experience working with SLAs and KPIs
  • GDS Amadeus knowledge
