Description

As a Lead Voice Engineer at NICE, you will ensure the overall operability of the voice network, lead infrastructure projects, and serve as a subject matter expert. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide voice solutions, including VoIP and SIP protocols.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in telecommunications
• Expert-level knowledge of VoIP and SIP protocols
• Advanced administration of Ribbon Communications/Sonus or AudioCodes SBCs
• Proficiency with network sniffer tools (e.g., Wireshark)
• Command-line knowledge of UNIX/Linux

Responsibilities

• Lead Voice infrastructure projects as Subject Matter Expert
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide voice solutions
• Configure Ribbon Communications and AudioCodes telephony systems and SBCs
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated voice network issues
• Mentor and train junior team members
