Description

You will provide clinical care to patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) and related mental health conditions through a telehealth platform, working in a team-based model to deliver compassionate, evidence-based treatment and support.

Requirements

• Board Certified NP or PA
• Active DEA license (schedule 3N, 4, 5) or willingness to obtain
• Fully licensed in Delaware; additional licenses in NJ, NY, VA, or MD a plus
• Ability to provide patient-centered, non-judgmental care
• Comfortable with remote telehealth environment and tech platforms

Responsibilities

• Determine individualized treatment plans and facilitate changes when needed
• Use motivational interviewing and behavioral interventions to engage patients
• Conduct behavioral health/psych evals for depression, anxiety, insomnia, etc.
• Monitor treatment response, side effects, and adherence; prescribe medications
• Document all patient encounters in EHR in a timely manner
