💼 About This Role

You'll deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting. You'll independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a team-supported model. This role offers the chance to provide low-barrier, harm-reduction-focused care to patients in need.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) to patients remotely
• Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes

📋 Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in resident state
• 1 year of independent outpatient experience prescribing buprenorphine
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
• Reside in one of the listed states
