You'll serve as a strategic finance leader for CXT Software, driving profitable growth and M&A in the last-mile delivery technology space. You'll shape the company's direction through financial insights, lead acquisitions, and represent the company to investors. This role offers the chance to lead a high-growth software company backed by a private equity firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with leadership on strategic opportunities and scalable growth
• Lead M&A activities from due diligence to integration
• Prepare and present financial performance to the Board
• Own SaaS financial metrics and drive data-driven decisions

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of total finance experience
• 5+ years as CFO or VP of Finance in a software company
• 4+ years at a Big 4 accounting firm or equivalent consulting/investment banking
• Experience in M&A diligence, structuring, and integration
