Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred
• Proven experience as a senior inventory control leader in a multi-DC global environment
• Deep expertise in inventory management systems (SAP, WMS) and SOX compliance
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing global teams

Responsibilities

• Define and lead global inventory control strategy and governance across all distribution centers
• Establish enterprise-wide inventory policies, audit protocols, and cycle count programs
• Monitor global KPIs for inventory accuracy, shrink, and reconciliation timeliness
• Drive process engineering and continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma
• Oversee compliance with SOX, trade, and regulatory requirements
