You'll drive the renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring they see value in Docker's products. Your work directly impacts customer retention and revenue growth in a globally distributed, remote-first team. This role offers the opportunity to upsell and cross-sell across Docker's suite of developer tools.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage renewal process for a portfolio of customers.
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close renewal contracts with the sales team.
  • Communicate product value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales or account management in a SaaS company.
  • Experience with Mid Market and Enterprise level accounts.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Second European or Middle Eastern language preferred.
