You'll drive the renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring they see value in Docker's products. Your work directly impacts customer retention and revenue growth in a globally distributed, remote-first team. This role offers the opportunity to upsell and cross-sell across Docker's suite of developer tools.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage renewal process for a portfolio of customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Negotiate and close renewal contracts with the sales team.
- Communicate product value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales or account management in a SaaS company.
- Experience with Mid Market and Enterprise level accounts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Second European or Middle Eastern language preferred.
