💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a key clinical member caring for oncology patients through telemedicine, evaluating urgent symptoms and developing care plans. You'll collaborate with Community Health Workers and Nurse Navigators to coordinate whole-person care and oversee interdisciplinary case conferences. This role offers the opportunity to drive impact in a value-based oncology startup with flexible remote/hybrid options.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate and manage members with urgent symptoms via telemedicine
• Develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with onboarding RNs
• Oversee interdisciplinary case conferences and provide clinical direction
• Complete annual clinical intake visits for select members

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of NP experience including 2 years in adult oncology
• 1+ year of telehealth experience
• Current unrestricted Advanced Practice license and compact RN license
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
